- AI included. There are no usage meters, credits to top up, or API keys to supply.
- Plain-English rules you can read and edit, and a record of every decision with one-click undo.
- Semantic search over the mail Inbox Imp has indexed: about a thousand recent messages during the trial, and the rest of your archive once you subscribe.
Starting out
The first cleanup is free, and it happens before you are asked for anything. After that you get 7 days of the full product. No credit card is required to start, and nothing is charged automatically. If you do not subscribe at the end of the trial, the subscription simply never begins.
What "fair use" means
The membership covers AI usage at normal personal volume. The individual plan is for mailboxes you own or use for your own correspondence, not for managing other people's mail, reselling access, or running bulk outreach. If an account is far outside personal volume we will get in touch before anything changes. The details are in Terms of Service, sections 5.2 and 21.
Paying and cancelling
- On the web, payment is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Cancel from your billing settings, or email support@inboximp.com.
- If you already have the iOS app, membership there is an auto-renewing App Store subscription managed in your device's Settings, and Apple handles those payments and refunds. The app is not yet listed on the App Store; today you subscribe on the web.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund a period already paid for; refund requests are handled case by case, and we honour refunds where the law requires them.
Legacy $3 memberships
If you joined on the old $3 plan, it is still honoured. That plan unlocks the product but does not include AI, so it is funded separately with your own OpenRouter key or prepaid credits. New signups get the $9.99 bundled plan.
